What will you be doing:
Serving food. Preparing food, washing up, chatting with guests. Persons needed in any of these areas, may choose what they would like to do or may want to do different area each time they come.
Open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-2pm.
Volunteer would need to arrive at 9.30am to help to set and prepare for our guests to arrive.
You could choose to volunteer for 1 day a week or both or whatever hours suit you.
Rotas are prepared 2-3 weeks in advanced and there will always be a team leader stated on each rota.
Training:
Food Safety in catering and Safeguarding. Are training we like to put in place. Volunteers can work before doing this. There are always people working that are fully trained in these areas
You would be sharing your time with others and helping them if they are lonely and you will be making new friends.
