We do this by challenging perceptions and improving access to healthcare, education, employment and services.

Arranging meetings (in person and via video call)
Taking and distributing minutes
Sitting on appraisal, recruitment and disciplinary panels as required
Ensuring that the charity pursues its stated purposes
Attending a minimum of six forum meetings per year and commit to a minimum of ten hours per month.

Our ideal candidate We’re looking for someone with strong organisational ability, who is passionate about the issues Signal seeks to address. In this role you will show excellent listening skills and have some knowledge of administration and committee procedures. Ideally, you will be familiar with taking minutes and live within driving distance to Shrewsbury, where we’re based. If you have secretarial experience - even better! However we’d also like to encourage applications from people who are keen to learn. Trustee training will be provided.
