Volunteer Telford

The Firs is set in one of the premier riverside locations just 10 minutes walk from the main street in Ironbridge and another couple of minutes to the famous Iron Bridge itself. Although we are just a short distance from the centre of Ironbridge, we believe you will feel like you are away from it all. There is a ramp for wheelchair access if required.

We have recently refurbished The Firs, and together with our friendly and helpful service, we hope that this lovely building and Guest House will be a pleasure for you to stay in. We have 9 rooms available currently, 6 En-suite rooms (3 with a river view, one with a lovely view of the woods opposite), Includes 2 en-suite King Size Bed rooms (one with river view) also one ground floor en-suite; double room (includes single bed) this room has a view over the garden and across the river. This room is ideal for those who may have difficulty getting up the stairs.

There is 1 en-suite twin room (2 x single beds, with great river view), two budget single rooms with shared bathroom, one with sink and one with sink and toilet. Our en-suite rooms have high ceilings and large windows, which give a delightful feeling of space.
